Van graphics turn your vehicle into a mobile billboard with full-colour imagery, branded panels and eye-catching designs. We produce and fit digitally printed graphics for vans of all sizes across Chelmsford. From a simple logo print to a bold branded livery, we handle the whole job.
Van graphics refers to digitally printed vinyl panels, often in full colour, applied to a van to promote a business or create a distinctive look. Unlike cut vinyl lettering alone, printed graphics allow photographs, gradients, detailed illustrations and complex logos to appear exactly as designed.
We print onto high-quality vinyl using wide-format digital printers, then laminate the finished print to protect it from UV fading, fuel splashes and everyday washing. The panels are then contour-cut to shape and applied to your van in our Chelmsford workshop. For larger graphic panels covering most of a side, we use a wet-application method to allow repositioning during fitting.
Full-colour printing requires a calibrated print process and proper lamination to stay vibrant in outdoor conditions. Unlaminated prints fade noticeably within a year on a vehicle that sits outside. Professional fitting also matters because large printed panels are unforgiving of creases, and removing and repositioning them without damaging the print takes experience.
We will ask for your artwork files or brief at the start of the job. If your files are not print-ready, our in-house design work can get them to the right resolution and colour profile. We send a digital proof showing exactly how the graphics will look on your van before printing begins. Once artwork is signed off, most jobs are turned around within three to five working days.
